RRA: How did Forbes Solicitors first get involved with the Red Rose Awards?
AS: Forbes has been headline sponsor of the Awards since their inception in 2011.
RRA: What changes have you seen in the Red Rose Awards over the years that you have been involved?
AS: The Awards have grown significantly since they started over a decade ago and are now an essential part of the business calendar in Lancashire
RRA: What is the most rewarding part of being a sponsor?
AS: As a firm whose roots are firmly based in Lancashire, we are proud to be part of an award ceremony for local businesses. It means a lot to us to say that we have had a hand in supporting Lancashire based businesses celebrate their success.
RRA: How do you feel that the Red Rose Awards benefit Lancashire?
AS: They showcase the success of Lancashire businesses and give other regions a chance to see what is on offer. It also helps raise the profile of local businesses and offers credibility.
RRA: How do you feel that your involvement with the Red Rose Awards benefits Forbes Solicitors?
AS: It has given us the opportunity to meet and work with so many fantastic companies. As a firm who prides themselves in being real and engaging, we value the opportunity to meet local professionals and maintain relationships with them.
RRA: Do you have any words of advice for businesses who may be considering entering this year?
AS: Just do it!
Since the awards were launched in 2011, it has steadily grown and become the centrepiece attraction for the business community.
Businesses interested in entering the awards have until August 20 to submit their entry forms. The finalists will be announced on September 10, and they will then be given the opportunity to put their best case to the judges on September 22 and 23.
