NWEEG is a Blackburn based, not for profit organisation that coordinates events across the North West.
NWEEG was formed in 2014 by Steve Smith, one of the North West’s Employee Engagement Guru’s under the Governments ‘Engage for Success’ initiative. It is the only employee engagement group that connects HR professionals and business leaders with engagement specialists and peers, who are faced with the similar challenges and obstacles of effectively engaging their people each day.
